So I'm on a Cut..yada yada yada...
I've been doing okay with the diet except Dinner.
I was thinking of switching to a MRS for dinner just so I know exactly how many calories I'm taking in.
Just wanted to know what you guys and gals thought were the best tasting MRS?
I wouldn't recommend an MRS for dinner, simply because it's less satisfying than a "meal"... and your body really doesn't need to work hard to digest it. I think that would be something better for a snack. I used to drink ones from Myoplex..not sure what they're called anymore,but it was Strawberry flavored and so so soooooooooo good!
