    where can i find the p/c/f/cals on steak

    top round steak
    bottom round steak
    top sirloin steak
    flank steak
    london broil

    these types of steak are suppose to be lean?

    I think your best bet is to see if they have labels wherever you buy them...

    4 ounces of untrimmed, raw:

    top round steak: 196 calories, 24.4g protein, 10.6g fat (4.2 saturated)

    bottom round steak : 226 calories, 22.9g protein, 15.9g fat (5.9 saturated)

    top sirloin steak : 240 calories, 21.7g protein, 17.1g fat (6.8 saturated)

    flank steak :197 calories, 22.3g protein, 12g fat (5.1 saturated)

    london broil : Can't find the information, but it's actually somewhat leaner than flank steak, I would guess about 190 calories, 25g protein, 10g fat.

    thx ,so does this mean i can substitute chicken breast at one of meals with either of the steaks during cutting?
