i want to play corner or safety this year
im 155 pounds
squat-never maxed out...i can do 3 sets of 140
dead lift- i nvr done dat before(i need a good number)
power clean-nvr done it(need a good idea)
i basically need a whole work out...based on those things
i also need to no how to get quick fast...
im not fat at all lol...
