    sumo deadlift 455x8

    i'm 19, and working towards my first elite total at 198/220. this is the fourth time i've pulled sumo since starting back lifting again about 3 months ago. a month ago my best was 405x5, so i'm pretty happy with the progress.

    thanks guys! i'm a conventional deadlifter. i'm hoping that bringing my sumo numbers up will translate to my first 600+ competition deadlift.
