    Need A Solid Routine

    Hey I'm just getting back into lifting and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a good lifting program.

    Try the WBB1 routine on here to start. I started it about a year ago and i've seen incredible results from it. Im not huge from it but I have gained some size but more strength then anything.

    You need a solid diet too. How does your diet look? And here's a good beginner's program ~> WBB Routine #1
