The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    New PR's

I flat benched 190 lb x5 for the first time today. I've never tried 200 yet, but I'm going to be stubborn and wait until I can do 195x5 first.

    Anybody else?

Congrats bro! PR's are fun and really psych you up for the next time. Just remember you need to have a caloric excess to gain weight, its the only way. and you need to have a caloric deficit to lose weight. OK:evillaugh

Havn't benched over 213.34lbs for a single yet.

My speed squat the other day was 265 x 8 x 2, should get 400 for a single before I can bench 225....

    Nice work.

I should be benching my weight in a week Then again it is not much, but a nice start for me.

I wonder how long until I can reach 190.

On that subject, I'm downing a 1000+ calorie shake at the moment. It's pretty thick, but yummy.
