I flat benched 190 lb x5 for the first time today. I've never tried 200 yet, but I'm going to be stubborn and wait until I can do 195x5 first.

Congrats bro! PR's are fun and really psych you up for the next time. Just remember you need to have a caloric excess to gain weight, its the only way. and you need to have a caloric deficit to lose weight. OK:evillaugh

i squated 285x3 yesterday but i think i can get three hundred, i also got 205x2 on the flat bench last week.
Havn't benched over 213.34lbs for a single yet.
My speed squat the other day was 265 x 8 x 2, should get 400 for a single before I can bench 225....

I did 235x1 on flat bench after a workout...i was pretty damn pumped about that.
Just add more milk, makes it easier to get down
