Im a new member here, and have already found lots of info already on here. I have been lifting off and on for the past 4 years, but I have gotten serious about it the past 6 months. I am 5'10 and weigh 175.

My routine:

Day 1 Chest and Tri's
Day 2 Arms,shoulders, and Lat's.
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Run
Day 6 Chest and Tri's
Day 7 Arms, shoulders, and Lat's










By the way I am 18 years old.
