I need to make sure I am eating enough of everything I need. I am trying to bulk and I am begining the wbb routine #1 on Monday.

For those of you who don't know....I have been using poor routines for about 12 months and....in turn I have had poor results. I want to do it right this time.

Please let me know what you think about what I have been eating what I need more/less of..

I am 22 years old, 6'2, 185.
