jeez, chris posted a pic on his arms, and it looks credible. just post a pic if ppl continue to accuse u of bsing!!! ppl accused me a lot, til i posted 1(and i can keep referring to it when ppl reaccuse me).

it's alrite to accuse ppl, b/c we always, in a psychological poitn of view, view others as average, just like us.

I won't press it if you don't want to bring it up.
Just remember when you make an accusation about someones character you should be prepared to back it up.

Neil, I really don't need a lecture from you. As to my accusations, I have discussed them at length in the past, and I see no need to elaborate further (despite the fact that GoPro is trying to verbally pester me into a fight).

it would have been a valid point if 50% of people here have already read the argument between chris and gopro about stats.
It just distracts us away from the proper trianing advice.

If you want to read some, use the search option. (the 1st time i have ever siad use the search option to find a flaming session).

back to arms. - you article does not seem to be with the other 3 on the front page?

Let's see a pic, GoPro. That oughta lend some credibility.

Yeah, maybe it would, but chris mason's picture to not give him any credibility, if anytihng it lost him some.

I guess by the way he posts here I expected him to look more like gopro, meaning a competitive bodybuilder.

Chris looks more like, well I won't go there.

Thanks for posting a link to that pic Mr A. Just in case you are curious, that pic was taken at a show I did in 1999, weighing in at 198. I was shredded that day, but came in too flat...tried something new with my carb load that I did not respond well to. I still managed 4th at that show which isn't bad considering it was my first shot at a pro qualifier(drug free org.).

This year I should compete about 15-18 lbs heavier with even better hardness and density. I am still in off season training, but about ready to transition into a "pre" pre-contest mode.

    Monstar...thanks for the compliment.

Yes, let this thread continue about arm training. I have nothing more to say to Chris, and I hope he has nothing more to say to, or about, me.

Mr. Anonymous, so, in your opinion, one must be super tanned, pictured in proper lighting, and shaven in order to look good? My pics are just that. If you don't like them, ah well.
