    I was gonna say that!!!

Yeah, thanks Chris I read that whole article and it reinforces my own beliefs on the gaining of real mass. It's good to see you telling it like it is, not like Celltech tells you it is.

I already did post the article a while back. Use the search.

Duque, like the man said, I have posted several pics. I have posted pics of my arms flexed. I have posted pics of me curling 195 lbs with good form. I have posted pics of me performing incline dumbbell curls. Blah, blah , blah...

Very good Doc. Remember one thing, don't expect a ton if you are dieting to lose bodyfat while training.

Not to toot my own horn, but I hope all of the newbies will read the first post on this thread, it could do you a world of good.

how many reps with 195 lbs ??

Jones at his best did 9 reps with 165lbs. Are you stronger than him ?

I have done 2 reps with that weight using good form (should be able to get 3 next workout). As to cadence, I don't count.

chris, I was actually thinking to follow this after i end dieting (in about another 2 months or so). I would be able to eat in surplus then.
I was thinking of working through the massing split twice and then hit up the arms for the eight workouts mentioned then returning to the mass split though early spring.
