How wide of a grip should I do on my squats...

Right now its really narrow But does wider help spread out the weight or something?

I've seen it done several ways very narrow very wide or medium range. Just curious onw hat yall do.

Your arms are just there so it doesn't roll off your back. So whatever width it takes to do that.

If you have trouble with the bar rolling down or back or if the bar is hurting your back, narrow grip helps to keep that shelf for the bar to rest on. Personally I prefer as wide as possible because its less stressful on my shoulders

I try to emulate the way Arnold did his squats in Pumping Iron. His form was awesome and he does them barefoot. I never have problems with the bar going anywhere and I never feel pain when doing squats on my neck or shoulders - just my thighs... OUCH!

Whatever is most comfortable for your arms and shoulders that still allows you to balance the bar on your back is what you should do.
