I've have just started to use the WBB1 split. Well after working out I felt that it was not enough exercise, sets, ect. I have been working out for a while and stoped, but i was never on a split or never knew what I was doing I did what my brother told me.
Is it normall to feel that it is not enough. I know everyone says that newbies tend to over work but i'm just not sure.
