    pulley pushdown vs. pressdown

    That's like saying that regular and reverse curls are the same thing. They just emphasize different heads of the triceps, BCorn.

    can someone explain a pressdown to me.....i understand a cable pushdown.

    Uh. Yes.

    okay, explain the difference between a push and a press then. Push and press are synonyms. They mean the same thing, hence, push-down and press-down are the same thing.
