A couple months? Awesome progress bro, you look wicked in comparisson. Legs look like a strongpoint all-around, kept most of your back mass while losing a ton of bellyfat, and upper body still looks large and lean. Chest has made progress but probably the least of all the other areas (I know how stubborn chest can be). Keep it up, it's working.

Thanks guys. My upper body is lagging big time bad. I am slowly putting on some muscle since I am finally back on a sensible routine and diet. Hopefully the next year will see some great results for me. I don't need anymore leg mass but I noticed this evening after my workout my legs were looking even thicker. Nearly 26in legs looks a little much on a guy who is only 5'5.
Bill- yeah I have several videos up. Not much good but they are what they are.

mine are really defined, but not too large and i do calf raises with 5 plates (45lbs)..... 4 sets of 12 normal. and 4 sets of 12 with my heels touching.

I don't do anything with calves. What you see is pretty much natural and built doing Forced Marches at Parris Island and Camp Lejeune. My calves were like this, probably a little bigger actually at around 150lbs.
For my recent numbers just look in my log. Thats most important and relevant.
