Just some points seem your bending far forwad with your back. Not 100% expert on form or anything but I generally like to stay straight.
And why did you start with the bar already in the postion you were going go down too? Wouldn't it be easier to start with the bar higher up?

I may be answering my own question, but what are "partial pin squats?" Is that the reason the plates are so loose?
