    Just some points seem your bending far forwad with your back. Not 100% expert on form or anything but I generally like to stay straight.

    And why did you start with the bar already in the postion you were going go down too? Wouldn't it be easier to start with the bar higher up?

    There are many benfits to concentric movements, search around.

    Cold as hell. Dad like to froze to death on me. Notice the nice big open hole where dad is standing, keeps things nice and cool.

    I may be answering my own question, but what are "partial pin squats?" Is that the reason the plates are so loose?

    Good. and your form looks fine, not bending too far forward at all.
