The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Progress Pictures.

Hi everyone. My brother(Neil) is a long time member of WBB and he told me I should throw some pictures up. I was a little chubby some time ago and started lifting with him and then joined the Army so here are some progress pics of me.

Over all I am in way better cardio shape and am much stronger. If you do one thing a lot in the army it's definitely running.

looking leaner, but you may have gyno. Adding on a few pounds of LBM wouldn't hurt you one bit and would draw attention away from the gyno.

Even still, good job to this point. Keep it up.

That last pic isn't the best but from what I can see you look way better. Much leaner around the mid-section especially. Good job.

Draw attention away from what gyno? Seems like a pretty frivolous post to me.

About 3 months. I was getting a little leaner right before I left for basic but I can pretty much say it was almost all from basic training.

Not sure what my big three is actually. Haven't tried that in a while. I've been doing a lot of weighted body weight movements like chins and dips.
