The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Streak & Cheese Buns

Can anyone suggest a specific brand/type of steak & cheese bun that has some "healthy" carbs (ie high fiber, non-white bread, not overly processed)?

I love steak & cheese, but the typical Bolillo bun crushes my clean bulk.

While I'm on the subject, can anyone tell me what specific brand/type of pasta is protein-enriched?

Can I find either of these at my local grocery store (we have a Lowes', Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart and Food Lion nearby)?

    Thanks.
