However, I'm not really too sure as to if these are good choices? Anything else I should maybe pack for lunch or not buy/should buy?

Honestly where you are now it doesn't look bad. You might want to switch to two sandwiches and two milks for the added protein. On the other hand, since you're 14 you might want to just add them on top of what you're eating now.
I get like 4-8 milks with my lunch at school.
dude i were u... in addition to your lunch carry food around in you backpack. at college i carry around a bag of trail mix and peanut butter. peanut butter has loads of calories (just remember to put the top on b4 putting it in your backpack).
It's rediculous. Milk at my school for a tiny carton is a dollar. One comes free with lunch, so I'll probably get 3 milks and no iced tea.
Wow it was 30 cents when I was in high school. that blows.
My school is way overpriced also. But anyway, to stay on the subject of nutrition, I'll leave it with a thank you. I'll continue doing what I'm doing and ditch the iced tea and add a milk. Thanks for the help!
