The size of my body parts are off and it's starting to get noticable. I was always told if u have good semetrey your calfs,arms, and neck should be all the same size.
i'm 6'2 240 and train 6 days a week(read my chest post for more information). I'll give a list of my measurments and tell me what u think and what I can do about it. (I am right handed)
left bi-16 3/4in.
right bi-16 1/4in.
left forearm- 14in (1in below elbow)
right forearm- 13 1/2 in.
left calf- 17 1/4 in
right calf- 17 3/4in.
(All measurments were taken flexed but not warmed-up or pumped, which I think is the proper way?)
All help is greatly appreciated and if u can give me some training tips on how to help correct my problem. THANKS
