The size of my body parts are off and it's starting to get noticable. I was always told if u have good semetrey your calfs,arms, and neck should be all the same size.
i'm 6'2 240 and train 6 days a week(read my chest post for more information). I'll give a list of my measurments and tell me what u think and what I can do about it. (I am right handed)
left bi-16 3/4in.
right bi-16 1/4in.
left forearm- 14in (1in below elbow)
right forearm- 13 1/2 in.
left calf- 17 1/4 in
right calf- 17 3/4in.
(All measurments were taken flexed but not warmed-up or pumped, which I think is the proper way?)
All help is greatly appreciated and if u can give me some training tips on how to help correct my problem. THANKS

Thanks for the help bro but my right arm looks puny compared to the left ( no peak) i'll maybe do more concentration.

You are probably not allowing your body to rest and thus its not able to grow....also when doing concentration curls ,you may want to start with your weakest arm to set the rep count...also let it be known that overtraining will cause your muscle to deteriorate.....Peace .....
