Hey, well ive been bulking for a while now and im happy with the results went from 155-175 and im looking to get down to about 165 for the summer(gotta have the shredded body for the beach haha). So I was wondering anyone have any meal ideas that i could start using, i wanna keep my high protein intake, and alot of the good fat im taking in (all natural peanut butter, fish oil, etc) but i can take less of the fats if needed, but yeah any ideas anyone on some direction i should be going?
