I started training 3 times a week from the age of 16 (started on my birthday)
i'm 18 now and still train the same amount. I havnt grown in height since, my wrists and hands are the same size as my girlfriends!
Obviously ive gained size in muscle but is it possible that all of my growth has gone into repairing muscles instead of building the rest of my body?
