I have Fish Oil and Flax Oil in liquid form.
1 Tsp Fish = 5g
1 Tsp Flax = 14g
Should I be taking these at a certain ratio? I know I shouldn't take over ~10g Fish Oil, so if it's a 1:1 in terms of grams, can I even take a full Tsp of Flax?
Also, I get almost all my remaining fats (as in, probably 90% ... I eat really clean) from salmon, mixed nuts, olive oil, and natty PB. Does this make a difference?
