    (Fat) Oil Ratio

    I have Fish Oil and Flax Oil in liquid form.

    1 Tsp Fish = 5g
    1 Tsp Flax = 14g

    Should I be taking these at a certain ratio? I know I shouldn't take over ~10g Fish Oil, so if it's a 1:1 in terms of grams, can I even take a full Tsp of Flax?

    Also, I get almost all my remaining fats (as in, probably 90% ... I eat really clean) from salmon, mixed nuts, olive oil, and natty PB. Does this make a difference?

    are you talking about the whole omega3:omega6 ratio? Built's article summarizes fats very well

    as for myself,
    I get about 10 g of fat from distilled fish oils (on a ketogenic type diet)

    the rest I get from walnuts, olives, flax meal, meats and fish (~ 120 g)

    Wow, that was dumb. I can't believe I didn't know fish and flax oil both gave omega 3's.

    heh... at any rate, if I'm taking in Omega 6's/9's from other sources, do I need to eat it at any special ratio?
