    frequency?

    How frequent should i lift, i am usually sore for a single day but feel as if i want to pump very soon after. Eg; I did chest on thursday and feel like i want to do chest tomorrow. any detrimental effects

    As long as you trained your legs and back inbetween, that's fine.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Yes. You build your base training your legs and back. You get big when you have built your base.
    Squats work better than supplements.
