Here's a few pictures I took a couple minutes ago.
I've been cutting on and off since September. I'm really not happy with the way things went up until January. I think the first 4 months I lost way too much muscle and way too little fat. Since then I think I've had some improvements. I'm done cutting now.
I'm 6'4 / 206 in these pictures. I think I was at a slightly lower body fat at 210 a couple weeks ago, but I went on spring break (and drank ...a lot), got back, worked out twice, and then got sick for the past 3 days. Now I get to start really packing on muscle.
Anyway, I had a couple questions on body fat tracking. I got a digital skin caliper. I know it's not perfectly accurate. Soo... (a) What is your estimation of my BF% right now? (b) Let's say the skin caliper throws out an inaccurate estimate that my BF is 45%. If it moves to 53%, does that necessarily mean that I gained 8% body fat (or very close to it)? Or, can I only safely assume that I gained fat, but not for sure what percent? (I chose 45% so that it doesn't prejudice your estimations. I don't think anyone on this site is that high)
