    Quick Cut progress shot.

    I'm clipping 20-21% bf now would you say thats about accurate. I know the pics arent the best but im limited to taking pictures myself with a crappy cell phone cam.

    Thanks guys here are some measurements if anyone is interested. They are all no pump / flexed.

    Chest 49"
    Waist 40.5" at naval
    Arm 19"
    Calf 18.5"
    Thigh 28.5"

    The waist is my proudest one. I was at 48.8" back in august.

    And for ****s and giggles I measured my arms pumped and they are just over 20.5" pumped

    Damn unholy..thats inspired me. I'm thinking about trying your basically liquid diet as soon as i get this strep throat to go away, hopefully i'll be good to go again tomorrow.

    www.bodybuilding.com is where I get mine. As far as mostly liquid its only for convenience. And so far its actually been mainly chicken, egg whites, and cottage cheese.

    I need to take some new measurements and get focused again. My douche friend has indirectly tried to ruin me again as I've stalled big time in weight loss and the mirror isn't looking any better.

    But I can only blame him so much, in the end its ME whos responsible and my point in all this is that your progress has shown me that.

    Your doing amazing, setting the bar for me and I'm going to try damn hard to follow in these footsteps. Keep it up man.

    - Weigh a healthy and active 170-180, healthy mind and body
    - Dunk a basketball (hey a man can have big dreams huh)
