I just stumbled upon this. I use a mixture from trueprotein thats is 75% Casien and 25% Whey, it doesn't mix well. So I threw a banana, cup of milk, and 2 scoops of protein in blender instead of a shaker thinking it would be like a drink for once..... well it turned into pudding, AND IT'S GOOD.
Try it out.
1 cup 2% milk
1-2 scoops protein (pref. casien since it tends not to mix as well as whey) and I would suggest something that would go good with teh banana.
Next time I'll throw in some peanut butter.
Basically turned into 4g fat, 33g carb, and 58g protein in approx. 425 calories.
