Can someone please look over my fitday, and critique my diet plan?
I know their is weight gainer in my diet, but I think I can fit it in and meet the appropriate macros.

Your subject says cutting but your signature says bulking, which is it?
For a cutting plan, there seems to be an overreliance on liquid meals.
Whats your maintenace? I doubt that at 180 you could cut on 2800 cals unless you have a lot of activites.
Complication breeds desperation.
Liquid cals just arent as satisfying as whole foods. When on a cut, you dont want to be fighting hunger. Also liquid cals mean little or no fibre.
