    Pics..Went on a 5 week cut..new here !

    I've been lifting 5 years went from about 145> 175lbs, never went on a cut cuz I always wanted to gain (hardgainer), Decided I wanted to see the muscles I had! The pics with the blue shorts are from new years, the ones with black shorts are around 2/5/02...I've cut 1.5" around my navel 37.5> 36...Cool website...Any feedback/advice is welcome

    what is your height and weight ?
    you have similar build to me, cept I got more tattoos.

    5' 9.5"...175lbs, 15.25 arms, 44 chest, 34 waist, 50.5 shoulders, 23 thigh, 15 calves....

    wow - very close stats dude, but ur shoulders are slightly bigger, also my calves are 17" last time I checked

    when you say you went on a five week cut what did the cut consist of??

    I showed your before and after pictures to a female friend of mine (who looks like Sharon Stone by the way) and she stated your present state of fitness is much more desirable vs. your conditioning during new years.

    I increased cardio from 10 to 13>18 min per workout,doing the '20'max on the stairmaster: stopped using creatine: eating better during the day (I sit@a computer for 8hrs): doing ab work in between sets (instead of standing around)..I also take l-carnitine & am using a little Ripped Fuel... Plus I'm doing more leg work. THANKS!!
