I was wondering what you guys think of this.
Everytime I drink a lot I always get massive cramps in my right calf ALWAYS its almost a promise.
Last night when I went to bed after coming home from the pub I knew I was going get a cramp in my right calf it was going wake me up and it was going hurt like hell.
Well it happened, it hurt like hell (scared the crap out of my mom too cause she was in my room putting my laurdy away when it hit)
Is there anyway to avoid this (besides the obvious answer which is to not drink in the first place)
