Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    What should i drop?

This is my back day right now

    Deadlift
    tbar rows
    barbell rows
    bent over rows
    pulldowns

I was thinking tbar rows since im not actually using a tbar. Wedging a straight bar in the corner seems like its petting a lot of strain on my back.
Maybe i should throw something different it? Any suggestions are appreciated.

What's the difference between BB rows and BO rows?

    1 lower back exercise
    1 vertical pulling exercise
    3 horizontal pulling exercises

    Does look a little imbalanced.

I'd split back into two days:

    1:
    Weighted pullups
    Weighted hypers
    Face pulls

    2:
    Deadlift
    JS Rows
    DB rows

I'm guessing you do traps on shoulder day...
