    Sprained ankle - Good unilateral exercises

    Sprained my right ankle. Im going to do some jogging in the pool and ice it to help it heal up quickly. In the meantime I'm looking for some good unilateral leg exercises i can do with my left leg/any leg exercises I can do with the right that dont involve the ankle joint.

    Throw 'em at me.

    you should be alright doing hamstring curls and leg extensions

    One leg sqauts/deadlifts. Do em with dbs if you have too.
