Offical Member of the 8 plate club :)

I hit 407 today in my max out, although my goal was 420, i'll settle with 407. I'm the 4th person in my lifting club to hit that.

Coach said form was shaky though.

Workout is outlined in my journal.

    Congrats, 4 plates is nice.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.

407? 4pps is 405. Unless your gym has 1lb plates.

    Could be heavy clips.

Also, nice lift - was it parallel? I ask because it's so much higher than some of your other lifts.

407 is around 185 kg, and considering he's in Germany, that's probably what his weights are measured in. 4pps + 25kg bar?

    Congrats!

FRODO: We just want you to take us to Mordor, you sicko.
GOLLUM: Mordor? Hobbitses having little Goth phase, maybe? Very angsssty, wanting to go to Mordor, yes yes. Can Smeagol offer black eyeliner to angsssty hobbitses?
SAM: You stop talking to Mr.--hmm. (to FRODO) You know, you wouldn't look half bad in eyeliner.

Actually the plates are 44s, and the clips are heavy.

Your right on the dot, the plates are weighed in KG, but have the LB value written on them for us americans.

Was it parrelle accoridng to my coach yes, according to me no. But I had another guy who said i hit it. Should of recorded it but forgot the video camara.

Was that squat is a suit? Just wondering because otherwise it woud be odd that your squat is higher than your deadlift.

No squat suit, just a belt.

Yes my squats are better then my deads, mainly because I train squats more then I train deadlifts.

I did 10 35's and 2 25's today ran out of room on the bar but wanted to get the bar lower by using 35's. Guys at the gym where laughing at me. The whole gym only had 10 35's

It really sucks having an unequipped gym.
