    Working out with a fever?

    any comments?

I have a fever and it's a workout day. Would appreciate suggestions.
The searches I've found so far say, liquids, rest in bed. Which I have been doing. This day feels like its a week long. I want to workout but I'll prolly just take your advice.

    Thanks in advance.

Common sense aint so common lol...

When you're sick your antibody's are low...
When you work out your antibody's become low due to cell repair and mitosis..

    You do the math..

Go drink a protein shake with orange juice and sleep it off..
Whey protein isolates per mote an increase in anti body effectiveness.
After all it's proteins that break down foreign enzymes.

Michael Jordan ---->38-point performance in Game Five against Utah in the 1997 NBA finals while suffering from a debilitating fever.

But seriously though, unless you have a home gym do everyone a favor and lay low. No need to get everyone else sick.
