I have a fever and it's a workout day. Would appreciate suggestions.
The searches I've found so far say, liquids, rest in bed. Which I have been doing. This day feels like its a week long. I want to workout but I'll prolly just take your advice.
Thanks in advance.
Sleep it off.
No offense but its pretty ****en stupid to want to lift on a fever.

But seriously though, unless you have a home gym do everyone a favor and lay low. No need to get everyone else sick.
