    routine for wife.....

    I am looking for a lifting routine for my wife. She has no lifting experience so it needs to be simple. I was thinking maybe a full body routine 3 days per week to start. She will be doing this at home so she will be limited to dumbells, barbell, and bodyweight excersices. Thanks for any help.

    I would look into WBB1 for her.
