Military Press is the name given to the strictest of form Press (standing, no knee/hip drive, feet together). Anyway, you owned that thing. Hey, if you don't feel like squatting, then don't bother. To each his own, bro. Keep crushin it.

    How did a skid like you get into college . I'm hoping to get into university for either phys ed or kinesiology. I'm just waiting for the acceptance letters (if they come hahah).
