    Monthly Notable Progress:

    Bench is +40

    Front Squat is +25

    Mile went from not being able to run 1/4 without walking to 7:00

    Pull-ups started at BW x 12 are now up to +25 x 8

    Shoulders went from 105 x 5 push press to 105 x 8 strict press

    OH Squat went from just the bar to 95 x 2

    Sit-Ups went from 30 consecutive to 72 in 2:00

    Push-Ups went from ~35 consecutive to 100 in 2:14

    Weight is up from 154 to 161
