ZMA, took it last night and fell asleep in about 20-30 minutes of lying in bed. Whether it worked or it had a placebo affect, falling asleep in under an hour happens for me very rarely.

The whole diet formatted into my posts is too time consuming. Anyways,

    October 12, 2012

    Bench x 225 x 5
    Squat x 225 x 1
    Incline dumbbell bench
    Pull ups

    October 14, 2012

    Lat pull down - 4 x 8
    Hammerstrength row - 3 x 8
    Dumbbell shoulder press - 3 x 8
Tri press downs and fromt raises - 2 x 12

Today's diet was good, 2,600 calories, 235 protein and only 140 carbs.

Damn..gaining weight on 2600 calories..lol. I'm not sure if I'm jealous or not!

Good to see you back in action. Have you been working out during your time away from the journal?

You are tracking your diet w/ a MyPlate type of thing right? What's ZMA? I could use a sleep aid sometimes.

Not much on updates, but no big deal as you are building lots of character, covering plenty of ground.

I track with mynetdiary, it's the best one for tracking all vitamins and minerals. Good food database as well, it already has all supplements built in like bcaas, protein powders, etc. ZMA is a zinc and magnesium supplement that also has melatonin in it. I only used it twice, it helped me sleep a little but had me feeling weird the next day, I was just out of it and couldn't seem to fully wake up. I quit using it but will have to try it again to see if it was the cause or just a coincidence.

Sure is man, I'm in the process of collecting furniture and appliances for a new place so my garage gym at the moment is unusable.

My daily schedule is usually wake up with my daughter (1 year old and a handful), I have to watch and play with her till 1:00 when my girlfriend gets home. Then I have to get ready for work which is from 2-10 or 3-11. On my two days off its the same, except when my girlfriend gets home I have homework and then school from 5-10. When I get home the gym is closed and I usually have chores or homework to do anyways. Keeping up with me, my gfs, and daughters laundry, washing bottles, taking out diapers, making my shakes for the next day, etc.

Basically very busy all the time, whenever I do get some time all I want to do is rest.

Thanks my man. And yes, I hope so. Being a good dad is a big job. I hope as she gets older she can entertain herself more and play in the garage with me when I work out.

I'm changing gyms actually, I pay $7 a month right now, the new gym will be $20. but the new one is open later and has free childcare so hopefully that will provide more opportunity to work out.
