ZMA, took it last night and fell asleep in about 20-30 minutes of lying in bed. Whether it worked or it had a placebo affect, falling asleep in under an hour happens for me very rarely.
The whole diet formatted into my posts is too time consuming. Anyways,

Today's diet was good, 2,600 calories, 235 protein and only 140 carbs.
Damn..gaining weight on 2600 calories..lol. I'm not sure if I'm jealous or not!

Not much on updates, but no big deal as you are building lots of character, covering plenty of ground.
My daily schedule is usually wake up with my daughter (1 year old and a handful), I have to watch and play with her till 1:00 when my girlfriend gets home. Then I have to get ready for work which is from 2-10 or 3-11. On my two days off its the same, except when my girlfriend gets home I have homework and then school from 5-10. When I get home the gym is closed and I usually have chores or homework to do anyways. Keeping up with me, my gfs, and daughters laundry, washing bottles, taking out diapers, making my shakes for the next day, etc.
Basically very busy all the time, whenever I do get some time all I want to do is rest.
I'm changing gyms actually, I pay $7 a month right now, the new gym will be $20. but the new one is open later and has free childcare so hopefully that will provide more opportunity to work out.
Long story short.
the mother of my child dumped me.
moved back with my parents.
found out she cheated on me.
refused couples counseling.
started dating another guy about a week later.
i was diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
got put on medication.
quit my job at mcdonalds which i managed for 3 years.
got my ISSA personal training cert.
got a job as a childrens swim coach.
got a new girlfriend.
have 3 clients who i train now, all 11-13 years old.
currently in court trying to keep my ex from moving 2 hours away with my daughter.
daughter turns 2 next month, i turn 23.
life is back on track.
opening my own childrens strength and conditioning center in my garage.
Wow man, life has been a whirlwind for you...making it through though I see.
