Leg curls are used as a shaping exercise. And sometimes the extra sets are good for your muscles. I'm sure you already know this, since you do them, and I am thinking that the coincidence is that y'all did practically the same workout.I finally found another power lifter that goes to my gym! I didn't talk to him though, I'm not even sure if he's really a powerlifter. He was squatting 400+ and then he was doing SLDLs, then he was doing leg curls, lol, what a coincidence. My training partner should be joining WBB soon, he's just starting out.
