    Lol, ya it's gotten a little chatty. And bitch you don't even know me! Haha just kiddin. I was squatting 325 a while back, but I stopped working out kinda. And the weird thing is, after a long break my squat and dead will go to ***** but my bench doesn't really get affected. So ya, now i'm benching more than I squat lol.

    I think... I worked out in my friends backyard, he had some ghetto weights. I'm assuming the bar was 25-30lbs, and it was shorter than an olympic one.

    Depends. I'm not following a schedule, I'm just rotating those workouts whenever I have a chance to get in the gym. So ya, sometimes yes unless I'm too sore or something.

    Lol good to see I havent missed much in my absense. Starting rippetoes eh? Its a beast of a program... that is if your not doing curls lol. I swear this place is great when your feeling down just watching everybody (jed) getting owned over and over. I suggest getting a lot of rest on days when your doing the big 3 compounds man... theyll hurt you!
