Hey I have been following the how to coax 30lbs out of your bench press routine. But the last week I became sick after the first day, I'm wondering if I should just pick up where I left off and play catch up over the next few weeks of if I should just start the next week.
Normally I think I would just start the next week and not worry about it to much but in this routine you are progressing/changing the amount you do on the bench each day. Anyway what would you guys do?
I'd probably just start it over if I only got through one day of it.

I'm on my forth week right now or do you just mean to start that week over again?
That probably sounds like that smartest thing to do.
