you should definelty add squats to that. Find a day during the week to do some squats and stiff legged deadlifts.
Im thinking Ill either add a day or find an easy day to squat and dl
so Im thinking of squatting on wednesday and DL on friday, or should I do it the other way around?
and what do you do for weight on board press's?
