Yeah, I have some Sci-Pro Whey Protein powder. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this stuff and if it is any good? Calories:100 Total Fat:1g Saturated Fat:.5g Total Carbohydrate:2g Sugars:1g Protein:20g
It recomends mixing 1 cup of the powder with milk......should I add some peanut butter or bananas to the shake as well? Or should I get some different powder? Thanks.
