I've posted here a few times asking for some tips on exercises. Recently, I obtained a bar and some weights from a bench - however, no bench.
Can someone recommend some exercises I can use with this weight, without a bench (i.e. standing up)? (or the names of them, so I can google how to do them?).
Obviously there's the the one where you hold it palms facing upwards, and lift to your chest - but thats all I can think of.
