    Awesome Bodybuilding Time Lapse Pics

    Either this guy really knew what he was doing or he might have been on gear. I just have a problem with those first 5 months or so...

    But other than that this guy's facial expression makes me want to slap him in the face. Overall it's a nice little piece though.

    Hmm, seems about right as far as progress is concerned for 4 years.

    I think he looks great on 8/6/2003, that's my ideal except with a little more mass with my body.

    werd. I think hes on his way to lookin great. Shark brotha, look at his shoulders/traps almost as non existent as his forarms. He has nice abs and a good tan. But overall hes just very lean with not much muscle at all. I think if he put on 40-50lbs of LBM at that BF% he would look sexier =O

    I would definitely prefer to have his physique in the last three pics than the ones in mid 2003.

    12/1/2006 is the only decent pic. I'm not really impressed by this guy at all, go look at RBB's journal over a period of 3.5-4yrs.

    That guy has come a long way in 4 years. It's funny, though...some months he hardly changes at all, and then in one month he all of a sudden looks like he gains an inch on his arms and everywhere else. Very cool progression, though. I wish I'd started doing month to month pics when I started lifting consistently.

    It's not too late to start!

    I've been doing them for the last 3 months and just managed to find some of shirtless pics of me from 49 pounds ago! I'll be posting before and after pictures in 2 weeks, when my bulk is over. I'm certainly looking forward to your reactions! (Ex: "You're fat now.")

    I think late 2005 for him is my ideal build - he has some abs, but he's bulky and he'd look decent shirted. I used to think the skinny beach-boy look was ideal, but then I realized I have to wear a shirt for 99% of my life, so I want to look solid under my clothes more than I want to look 100% ripped without a shirt on.

    If he had, it wasn't much. We all have muscle somewhere under all of our fat! He is 'ripped' in those first few pics, but he's also pretty emaciated.

    He looks like your average anorexic guy after that first cut. He makes good progress afterwards, though.

    Edit: It would be cool to see his weight and big three under each pic.

    Not everyone is hoping to get super ripped and huge keep in mind, he looks like hes doing pretty well for 4 years and seems like a good basis from a fitness basis.

    In 4 years his body could have looked completely different then now depending on what he wanted and what he worked for; looks like he wanted to cut up and then saw he was small and started to bulk

    He wanted to lose fat because he was tired of being a big fat guy with probable health problems in the future. Then he caught the lifting bug like the rest of us, and the rest is there for you to see. He trains more for non-competitive bodybuilding purposes, not PLing or strongman or anything of the sort. He runs a good forum and the community is great at helping newbies into the sport. It's more of a general fitness and health site and definitely has less members than WBB.

    Yeah I think you guys are right, when he loses the fat he does look a bit on the skinny side if you really look at it.

    Over some months nothing but his bodyfat percentage changes, and over others he seems to blow up.

    I'd like to be the bodyfat % he is in the last 3 pics but at about 235-240 pounds in the next 14-18 months.
