    Wow I'm reading the Ole Miss Cookbook. It has sample menus that range from 1500-7000 calories a day.

    At 7000 calories a day you get 600g protein, 1000g carbs and 80g fat...and the 600g of protein is only 45g of protein powder the rest all from food.
