    Bodybuilders routine.

    So mainley I have been training mainly for power (lower reps). I want to switch it up however and start bodybuilding. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good routine or how to assemble one. What are the main differences between the two?? also can they be incorperated with one another. I would like to competein both powerlifting meets and maybe a teen BB comp in a year or so. Is it possible to do both or would my focus have to be on one at a time>?<
