    OH HELL YEAH! no idea where that strength came from! but they were all good, even 200k felt pretty light - tried the hg500 again a few times an i got it to 1/8th from shut holding the spring, will probably close it soon if i keep trying

    yeh, 2.2, 2.2046 to be exact

    well ive already closed the 4th coc gripper, they dont do a 5th so just wanting to certify on that one somewhen now, but i train my grip to ultimately to have the strongest hands in history, an im confident i can make that happen in time. It helps a lot in strongman to have a grip that wont fail you, but ill also be competing in grip itself, should be doing british grip championships next year an i have also been invited to the european championships

    coke - hell no im not kidding!! got the hg500 gripper 2mm away earlier! thats the one theres a $500 bounty on, i remember me dad tried it when i 1st got it through the mail an literally couldn't move the handles haha

    the events are basically always some form of grippers, pinch, thickbar, wrist curl, an most of the time verticle bar - sometimes steel bending, sledge hammer levering, farmers walk holds etc

    one of the recent contest in american was a good one, i think the events were grippers, two hand pinch, axle deadlift, reverse bending (short steel rods are used), loading medley (ending on thomas inch dumbbell), an hercules hold
