The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

NASA records for Ky and WV

I was browsing their sites and was looking through the bench press records for Ky and WV. If what I'm looking at is correct the weight isn't that high. I closed the page out or I'd post a link. I would be in the 225-242.50 weight class (currently at 235lbs) and it says that the state records are around 165 kilos. If I'm right that's like 364 lbs. In 2005 I maxed at 365 lbs. I have only been back to lifting for a month after a two year break, but am not far away from 365 once again. I will def. be there in another month. I done 330 on Monday. I have been going up 15 lbs a week on my x1 rep. There is another meet in July that is close to me. I think I might go to it and get my name in the books. Is anyone here familiar with the NASA meets and more importantly, am I looking at this right. Let me find a link to save you guys the trouble....

    Here goes...

Hell in 1997 Shannon Gross had the record from Rowan Co. Kentucky for the state at low 400's in SHW...I am sure that has changed by now though
